Varroc is an Indian multinational automotive component manufacturer, founded by Tarang Jain in 1990. Headquartered in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, the company operates in exterior lighting systems, powertrains, electrical and electronics, and body and chassis parts for passenger cars and motorcycles. With 35 manufacturing facilities and 11 engineering centers across three continents, Varroc has five business verticals:
- Varroc Lighting Systems (VLS): Supplier of exterior lighting.
- Lighting: Specializes in lighting solutions for all kinds of vehicles.
- Electrical Division: Provides solutions in electrical components for various vehicles.
- Polymer Division: Largest provider of polymer solutions to the Indian two-wheeler industry.
